Seasonal collections
Our seasonal pieces (wreaths, garlands, lanterns, candle holders and faux flowers) are sent from our UK partner warehouse.
- UK Standard Delivery: £5.95, usually 2–4 working days after your order is placed.
- Free UK delivery on seasonal orders of £50 or more.
- We currently deliver seasonal pieces to UK addresses only. Some Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland postcodes may take a little longer.
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way. Please note seasonal pieces are packed at our warehouse, so they arrive in plain protective packaging rather than our hand-wrapped tissue.
French vintage & brocante
Our vintage pieces are found in France and travel to the UK on our regular delivery run. Each listing shows when it's due to ship. They are wrapped by hand before they leave us.
Returns
If something isn't right, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Just email us within that time and return the item, unused and in its original condition, within a further 14 days. We'll refund the item price and the standard delivery charge once it's back with us. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Arrived damaged? We're so sorry. Please email us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we'll put it right.
Vintage pieces are old and will show gentle signs of age and use. We describe and photograph any notable wear carefully — these marks are part of their charm and aren't considered faults.
