Returns and Refunds

We want you to love what you receive. If you change your mind, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return an item
Email us at hello@la-ferme-anglaise.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and arrange the return postage at our cost.

Condition of returned items
Items should be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, and packed carefully for the journey back to us.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a refund or replacement and cover all postage costs.

Vintage pieces
Our vintage items are old and have lived a life before reaching you. Marks, wear and small imperfections are part of their character and are shown in the listing photos and description.
