A vintage enamelled glass liqueur decanter with five matching glasses, painted in the folk-art style of Alsace and the Alps.
- Decanter height: 200 mm neck to base · Glasses: 50 mm, diameter 41mm
- Stopper:50x50x40mm
- Flower basket in blue, rust and yellow on the front, white doves on the reverse, scalloped border at the base. The glass stopper is painted too and keeps its original cork.
- Era: c. 1960s
- Condition: good vintage condition, no chips or cracks found. Enamel bright with very little wear or signs of use. Cork shows its age. Five glasses (sets like this often came with six).
Perfect for an after-dinner digestif, or for bringing a little colour to a dresser or drinks tray.
Gathered in France and carefully wrapped in tissue and string (and sturdy things!) for its journey to you.
